ABU DHABI, November 13: The Emirates Policy Center (EPC) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with five prominent think tanks from across the globe. The signing ceremony was held on the eve of the EPC’s 10th Abu Dhabi Strategic Debate (ADSD) at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi on Sunday (November 12).
